Causes & Repair of Settlement Concrete Jack uses two different processes to raise settled concrete floors; injecting grout through holes drilled through the top and injecting grout through pipes inserted through exterior walls into the area under the floor. There are certain situations where each process is best, which is determined by our estimators, who are able to weigh the benefits of each method to determine which is best.
